চাঁদপুরের পদ্মা ও মেঘনা নদীর মোহনার কোরাল মাছ (Barramundi / Sea Bass) ইলিশের মতোই অন্যতম সুস্বাদু এবং আকর্ষণীয় একটি মাছ।

অনন্য স্বাদ ও সুঘ্রাণ: চাঁদপুরের পদ্মা-মেঘনার তীব্র স্রোত এবং লবণাক্ত ও মিষ্টি পানির চমৎকার সংমিশ্রণের কারণে এখানকার কোরাল মাছের স্বাদ সাধারণ চাষের কোরাল বা গভীর সমুদ্রের কোরালের চেয়ে সম্পূর্ণ আলাদা ও অনেক বেশি সুস্বাদু হয়।

নরম ও কাঁটামুক্ত মাংস: কোরাল মাছের মাংস অত্যন্ত নরম, তুলতুলে এবং হোয়াইট মিট (White Meat) ঘরানার। সবচেয়ে বড় সুবিধা হলো, এই মাছে প্রধান মেরুদণ্ড ছাড়া অতিরিক্ত ছোট বা সূক্ষ্ম কাঁটা থাকে না, যা শিশু থেকে বয়োবৃদ্ধ—সবার খাওয়ার জন্যই অত্যন্ত নিরাপদ ও আরামদায়ক।

আমাদের কাছে সাধারণত ৫ কেজি থেকে শুরু করে ১০, ১৫, এমনকি ২০ কেজি ওজনের বিশালাকার কিং-সাইজ (King-sized) নদীর কোরাল মাছ পাওয়া যায়। (আপনার প্রয়োজন অনুযায়ী যেকোনো ওজনের মাছ অর্ডার করতে পারবেন।)

Unique Taste & Aroma: Due to the strong currents of the Padma-Meghna rivers and the wonderful combination of saltwater and freshwater, the taste of Chandpur’s Koral fish is completely distinct and far more delicious than regular farmed Koral or deep-sea Koral.

Tender & Bone-free Meat: The meat of Koral fish is exceptionally tender, flaky, and belongs to the white meat category. The biggest advantage is that apart from the main backbone, this fish has no extra fine or tiny bones, making it extremely safe and comfortable to eat for everyone—from children to the elderly.

Available Sizes: We generally offer massive, king-sized river Koral fish weighing anywhere from 5 kg up to 10 kg, 15 kg, and even 20 kg. (You can order any size according to your requirements.)
